If for any reason you do not see your chauffeur please call 650-697-5548 and press 2 for dispatch to avoid a no show or cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation your request must be received prior to the schedule pickup time per the following vehicle policies:

Standard Sedans and SUVs: 2 Hours Notice for most major cities in Continental United States. Resort Locations and Mountain Towns such as Napa Valley, Monterey, Half Moon Bay, Lake Tahoe, Hawaii etc. require up to 24 hour notice.

Luxury Sedans (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc): Require 24 hours notice.

Executive Vans: 72 Hours Notice

Minibuses: Require 7 Days Notice

Motorcoaches: Require 14 Days Notice
International cancellations: Require 72 hours notice for sedan and SUV, 7-14 Days for specialty vehicles.

*Certain markets, specialty vehicles, and all special events will have varying and unique cancellation policies. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm this with a customer service agent at time of booking*

LATE CANCELLATIONS: Late cancellations will result in the full estimated charge equal to the base frare plus applicable fees and surcharges.

HOURLY RESERVATIONS: Hourly bookings are billed garage-to-garage, and for the total number of hours reserved by the customer, even if the actual time used is less than the reserved number of hours. Any provided rate on the confirmation reflects the reserved number of hours with the final charge adjusted to the reserved number of hours or actual duration of the trip (including garage time); whichever is greater. Estimated number of hours are required to confirm service, and should overtime be needed, it is based on availability at time of the request.

WAIT TIME: For point to point transfers wait time may apply. For domestic airport and train station pick-ups, Gateway Global allows a 30 minute grace period from the updated arrival time. International arrivals have a 45 minute grace period.

CREDIT CARDS: Your credit card will be authorized 72 hours prior to service. You will not be charged until your trip is completed. If billing amount exceeds $5K, a 4% processing fee will be charged.

INCIDENTALS: Cleaning fee may apply for any stains, odor, or soiling. Additional fees will apply for any damages to the vehicle.
